You will learn to set your mind’s GPS to the destination you want, so you’ll know when you’re there.
We will do a variety of exercises and activities to give you the tools you will use for the rest of your life. This video will give you an example of one of the techniques we might use.
Our sessions are done remotely through Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, saving you travel time and keeping you in the comfort of your home.
